Overview
A single-property villa in Puglia taken by the week rather than the night. Built as the deliberate opposite of Marapu Cliff — limewash and terracotta instead of basalt, a split hero instead of full-bleed, an asymmetric editorial grid instead of centred composition — to prove the underlying system can carry very different art direction.

Challenge
Weekly-let villas have a pricing model that a nightly booking widget cannot express: rates move by season, some weeks are already taken, and high season needs a waitlist rather than a checkout. The interface had to make that legible without a backend.
Approach
A season-aware rate table paired with a room switcher that swaps photograph, description and state together. The enquiry form computes a real estimate with a 25% deposit line, and switching to a high-season week changes the call to action to a waitlist instead of pretending availability exists.
Outcome
Live and verified on desktop and mobile. Estimate maths confirmed by hand (€14,900 × 2 weeks = €29,800, deposit €7,450), and the high-season waitlist branch fires correctly. Photographers credited on a dedicated page.
